Hello Everyone!
Today is a color way challenge: Lime and Gray. I have been thinking about this color combo for a few days, thought I had everything planned and pulled out the umbrella stencil and it all changed. Here is what I came up with:

Ingredients
Dreamweaver Umbrellas Stencil, LJ908
Postcard Tag by American Tag
Ranger Distress Ink – Shabby Shutters
Ranger Adirondack Dye Ink – Slate
Ribbon by May Arts
Dreamweaver stencil brushes
Painters tape

Working on your craft surface, tape over the one umbrella that is to be green. This will protect the paper under the stencil while the gray is added. Position the stencil on the tag; tape the tag down to the work surface then tape the stencil down. Mask the top of the tag at the end of the stencil.

Using a stencil brush, pick up color from the slate inkpad using a round motion, or a rouging motion and rub it on the paper through the stencil. Cover the open areas on the stencil with gray. When you think you have enough gray on the tag, carefully lift up one end and check the coloring. Add more if you desire.
Above:gray with the stencil on. Below: stencil folded back to reveal the coloring.

When the gray umbrellas are finished, remove the tape from the masked umbrella. Keep the stencil in place and carefully brush on the green ink, trying to not get any green on the gray.
Once finished with the ink add the ribbon and you are done!
